Celebrate the tradition of the"THUNDER OVER WALDRON" by celebrating Independence Day with a weekend full of events for the whole family. A small town packed with a large city's amount of events!
Join QMIX 107.3 and Columbus Regional Health Friday, July 1st, at AirPark Columbus for QMIX Musical Fireworks 32 Sparks Will Fly!
On Friday, July 1st, all radios will be tuned to QMIX 107.3 as we bring our choreographed QMIX Musical Fireworks 32 Sparks Will Fly at 10pm.
Food and Fun begins at 5:30 with a Magic Show at 6pm. Our vendor area will still be in the parking lot of Ivy Tech with some small adjustments due to construction.

Decorated Bike, Trike, wagon, or stroller Parade for kids under 12.
Proceeds from the car show will benefit the Yellow Trail Museum.

Red White and Blueberry Festival | July 2-4 | Mallow Run Winery
Celebrate American summertime with the annual release of Mallow Run Winery’s blueberry wine and blueberry hard cider, plus food trucks and great music. Saturday's event is 6 to 9 p.m. and features music from Sounds of Summer at 6 p.m. and a fireworks finale. Sunday’s music is at 6 p.m. and features music from Living Proof and a fireworks finale. There is a $10 per car charge on Saturday and Sunday after 5 p.m. Monday’s music is from 2 to 5 p.m. and features Indy Annies. Free admission on Monday, and the winery is open noon to 6 p.m.
Connersville Freedom Fest | July 3 | Connersville Baptist Temple
You're invited to Baptist Temple's FREEDOM FEST 2022 on Sunday, July 3rd from 7-10pm!
Bring your whole family to this fun event that will feature games, bounce houses, face-painting, corn hole, train rides for kids and more!
We'll also have food available for purchase (hot dogs, drinks, chips, snow cones, etc.).
To end the evening, we'll celebrate with our fantastic FIREWORKS show that will begins at dark (approximately 9:45pm). Bring YOUR OWN lawn chairs and join us for some great family fun!
PLEASE NOTE: ALL Pets (with the exception of service animals), outside fireworks, tobacco (of any kind) and alcohol are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Thank you for helping keep FREEDOM FEST a family-friendly event!
Greensburg Independence Day Fireworks | July 3 | Decatur Fairgrounds
Hosted by Parks and Rec as part of their Bicentennial Celebration. Fireworks begin at dusk, around 9:40 pm.
Franklin Firecracker Festival | July 3 | Downtown Franklin (Drive Hubler Amphitheater
Come to downtown Franklin for food vendors, entertainment, fireworks and more. The festival kicks off with food trucks and a beer garden starting at 2 p.m. The schedule also includes the Fastest Kid in Town Race at 6 p.m. (register from 2 to 5 p.m.); live music featuring Absolute Queen at 7 p.m. (and an opening act from 5 to 6 p.m.); and fireworks 10:10 p.m.
Edinburgh Firecracker Festival | July 4 | Downtown Edinburgh
This festival occurs on the 4th of July each year. This year's schedule includes a car cruise-in from 6 to 7 p.m., bounce houses and food trucks from 5 to 9 p.m., music and entertainment.
The fireworks will be shot off from School Hill at dusk (next to the water tower on Keeley St).
