Blue River Memorial Park is a 186 acre park nestled up to the Little Blue River on the northeast side of Shelbyville and is quite visible from Interstate 74

Clearwick is approximately 8 acres in size and was acquired in 1981 and 1989. This park includes a shelter with restrooms, new playground in 2019,  a large grassy area, and sight lighting. 

Kennedy Park is approximately 10 acres. Amenities at this park include a shelter, restrooms, a lighted softball field, parking, a basketball court, two tennis courts, a playground and a walking bridge over Little Blue River.

Laura Morrison persuaded the city to purchase 12 acres of land in 1909.  They added to the park in 1955.  Setting next to the Boys/Girls Club and Girls, Inc. the site has a number of mature trees and has a fairly steep hill along the west end of the property.  Everything in this park is accessible and wheelchair friendly.

Sunrise Park is located on 501 E. South Street and is approximately 10 acres. Sunrise Park was acquired in 1955

Sunset Park borders the Big Blue River and is 16 acres in size. It was acquired in 1951 and renovated in 2001.
